Cenote Lakin Ha
It is a closed-type cenote within a cave, which is accessed through an entrance located on its surface, where you descend by a metal spiral staircase.
It has a stone platform where you can see the water mirror around it. The color of the water is clear whose mirror measures 6 meters long by 4 meters wide and has a maximum depth of one meter.
This cenote is sheltered within a cave that has artificial lighting. Due to its shallow waters, it is ideal for use as a spa.
It has toilets, restaurant, parking, as well as the cave where the cenote is located, which can be accessed through a spiral staircase. < br>
Cenote Lakin Há s schedule is from 11:00 in the morning to 06:00 in the afternoon from Monday to Sunday.
It is located 69 kilometers east of the city of Mérida by the Mérida-Cancún federal highway, taking the Hoctún-Izamal junction, right bank going up the bridge to the town of Izamal. From the center of Izamal you travel 2.5 kilometers of paved road to the town of Sitilpech and on the left bank is located inside the Lakin Há restaurant that gives it its name.
